This seasoning started at my dad’s kitchen table — a Vietnam vet who’s been blending spice mixes for decades and giving them away to family, friends, and neighbors just because he loves to share good food. His name’s Tom, and he’s proud of two things: his service and his flavor. What started as a humble kitchen staple has turned into a favorite “put-it-on-everything” blend — bold, garlicky, smoky, and complex in flavor.
Now we’re bringing it to your table. Still made in small batches. Still generous in spirit. And with every purchase, we donate a portion of the proceeds to organizations that support veterans and their families.
