This seasoning started at my dad's kitchen table — a Vietnam vet who's blended spice mixes for decades and given them away to family, friends, and neighbors because he loves sharing good food. His name's Tom, and he's proud of two things: his service and his flavor. What started as a humble kitchen staple has become a favorite "put-it-on-everything" blend: bold, garlicky, smoky, and complex in flavor.
It wasn't meant to sit in the back of a cabinet.
It was meant to live on the counter.
